Installation “Control No Control” is a large LED wall with a touch-sensitive surface. Different light elements and sounds appear when the surface is touched. It is a kind of social and digital experiment. It explores the relationship between the audience and the interactive installation – the artwork’s ability to specify and transmit the final audiovisual result to the audience, who ultimately take control of the artwork. Around the world, people spend a lot of time in front of the “Control No Control” installation and behave similarly. The perception is that this artwork can also manipulate society, suggesting that the scales of the control relationship can be equally tipped in both directions.
